This power supply will work since your required power is only 120 Watts. Are you going to get a graphics card for the build? Windows 10 is an operating system. You will need it if you want to use Windows 10.

Anything above 300W is more than enough for that setup, but I recommend you get something that’s at least 500W if you decide to add a graphics in the future.

This one looks good to me:

No you do not need a GPU to use Windows 10. What you have will work just fine! :D

If you want to add a video card in the future, yes.

Why are you getting an mITX motherboard for an ATX case?

Depending on what's available, the Pure Power 10 400W, CX450/M, Formula, Masterwatt (not the Lite or MWE) or Formula. 400W is plenty for most GPUs.

so i should get 500w psu?

No, absolutely NOT.

Get a good quality 400-450W instead. That's enoug for most situations without overclocking.

The Watt Rating is the Output rating, what a PSU can deliver over long periods of time.

So its better to get a 400W be quiet Pure Power 10 (if you can get it for a good price) than a 600-700W Group regulated thing from various manufacturers - you want all 3 main rails to be regulated independently and not in groups!
