Anything above 300W is more than enough for that setup, but I recommend you get something that’s at least 500W if you decide to add a graphics in the future.

This one looks good to me:

Motherboard: Asrock X370 Gaming K4

RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 G Skill Ripjaws V Grey @ 2800MHz

SSDs: 2xPatriot Ignite M.2 240GB

HDD: WD Black 1TB + WD Green 2TB

 PSU: Corsair RM750

Case: Corsair Carbide 400C

ZamoRIG “Portable”:

If you want to add a video card in the future, yes.

so i should get 500w psu?

No, absolutely NOT.

Get a good quality 400-450W instead. That's enoug for most situations without overclocking.

The Watt Rating is the Output rating, what a PSU can deliver over long periods of time.

So its better to get a 400W be quiet Pure Power 10 (if you can get it for a good price) than a 600-700W Group regulated thing from various manufacturers - you want all 3 main rails to be regulated independently and not in groups!
