Hi,

I wanna buy a case that supports two 200 mm fans in the front. I wanna build an outstanding silent air build. I will be using only Noctua fans and NH-D15S.

These are the cases I know of:

  1. MasterCase H500P Mesh
  2. Core V71
  3. Core X71
  4. Urban T81

Can you help me complete the list?

Larger fans aren't inherently quieter than smaller ones. The have lower static pressure, and the cases that support them aren't really silence optimised. If you want a silent case, you should get a silent case, not a case with large fans.

Results from Gamersnexus. Quiet cases tend to have a bit higher temperatures. There are some more balanced ones, like the H700i and R6.

You won't get silence, but probably just get the H500P Mesh anyways because of it's cooling capability.

You can have cooling or silence  you can't really have both. This review lists cooling performance and noise levels.

Yeap, but those are the results with stock fans and stock speeds, not Noctuas.

I currently have Fractal Mini C with 2 x NF-A14 + 1 x NF-S12A. It is dead silent from 1.3 meters where my chair is at. So my judgment is that bigger case and fans won't disturb my silence and will improve my airflow and therefore temperatures.

Nah, Core V71 trashes H500P Mesh in terms of airflow.

The H500P mesh stock is ahead of the V71 here.

There is no Core V71 on that chart. If there were, it would be right below RV02.

Not even close. Probably half of the reason is because you have all the drive cages in between the fans and the system

Are you all drunk or something?

That is shitty View 71, and I am talking about Core V71. Also who still uses drive cages lol...

Whoops, then ya you probably gain at least 10C from the View 71, just depends on what the person wants at that point.

I thought about huge case for microATX, one GPU and one M.2 build for better airflow/cooling.
Intake: 2 x NF-A20 PWM in the front and 1 x NF-S12A PWM in the bottom to help GPU a little.
Exhaust: 1 x NF-A14 PWM in the back and 1 x NF-A14 PWM or NF-A20 PWM in the top near back. PSU will also be mounted fan towards inside so it will be exhaust as well.
NH-D15S mounted fan towards back.

Put all that shit to 600-700 rpm and I think it will be really quiet top performing air build.
Now I just wanted to check if there were any other similar cases to this. The perfect dream case design would be this one but with another chamber on the right to separately hold PSU on its side, drives and 5.25", 3.5" bays. This would make the case a little wider and a little less tall, but more importantly bottom under the GPU would be empty and ready for full fan setup. Unfortunately just a dream...
