Your game(s) of the year

Hey guys. i was looking at my steam library and i relized that most of my favorite games where relesed this year. 

 

I want to see what are your game(s) of the year and why? your choices can be dlc from a game that came out last year or it can be a game you played for hours and hour and it came out 5 years ago.

 

My list: ( no order)

 

the legend of zelda: link between worlds- i love this game, it takes me back when i played my first zelda game, link in time, and it dosent hold your hand at all in the game. its like a open world zelda

 

tomb raider- i never really like the tomb raider games, but i decided to buy this game on a whim aka steam sale and i thought it was great, it looked beautiful and  and the story was entertaining

 

skyrim- ive had this game since day one but i started modding it this year, and i have spent countless hours on it. it just never gets old with all the quest mods

 

farcry 3 blood dragon - this is just just a great game because its really fun to play and i love cheesy action movies

 

shogun 2 - i have spent countless hours screaming at my monitor becuase a 5 star ally turned on me and killed my gens. but i always go back and keep playing

 

 

I would love to hear what you guys had fun playing this year,

I enjoyed Tomb Raider a lot too, may play it again soon. As for anything else I'm not too sure

'tis gonna be an odd one, but EuroTruckSimulator 2, I've poured so many hours into that game, It's strangely addicting, Battlefield 4 is up there too.

The games I enjoyed the most were Tomb raider, and the assassins creed series, but Euro Truck Simulator 2 is getting a lot of play time though.

BF4, Mark of The Ninja, and Bioshock Infinite.

Haven't played the DayZ Standalone yet but it looks really promising, likewise with Battlefield 4. Arma 3 is pretty good if you're in to that sort of game. Skyrim was also fun too, but it could have been a lot better if the PC bugs were fixed. Battlefield 3 is great, but it's getting pretty repetitive after having purchased it on day one.

Metro: Last Light deserves more credit than it's getting. it's such a finely crafted game. it never tried to be some EPIC EXPERIENCE....it was very humble and down to earth (lolpun). the world felt real and lived in

 

plus the ending sequence is one of the most eye-gasm experiences ever with a good rig

I really liked Tomb Raider,Bioshock Infinite and Metro LL.

I also played quite a lot of Diablo 2...them memories.

Out of games actually released this year? Maybe Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, incredibly clever game. Yeah, it's stupid-as-hell action but everything in the game works together to create cohesion. The storytelling is incredibly entertaining.

Plus the shooting is so much fun you guys, play the damn game. Now.

Haven't actually gotten around to playing much of the new releases, stuck with Borderlands 2 for the most part - and now I'm all up in Witcher 3 hype, so yeah. Picked up Infinite during the autumn sale so I'm looking forward to see how that is when I get around to actually bloody playing it.
