Best GPU For a AMD Potato?

SirTankBall

so i have this AMD potato of a desktop and im looking into maybe giving a GPU down the road just for the hell of it. but i really dont know would would be best for this little potato.

The spec are - AMD E-350 APB @1.60GHz, 4GB of ram, AMD Radeon HD 6310, and a downgrade to win10 bit. it runs better on windows 7 (the master OS)

whats really funny is it get run the Sea Of Thieves Final Beta. im going to try playing the full game on the PC since that game can run on a potato and i got one. i just want to know what would be the best GPU for this PC. also no this isnt my gaming PC. its more of a printer PC, no i dont own a 3D printer just a normal pager printer. i still want to give it a better GPU later on. im thinking a AMD GPU for this would be best

Please don't, if you really under a tight budget i suggest upgrade whole system to Ryzen 2200G.

If you go new, get a cheap one.

If you go used, get one that costs like 50 bucks, the CPU will bottleneck very quickly.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

Nah, any GPU that's noticeably faster than what you have now will instantly face CPU bottleneck. Just save your money for something else.

The CPU has less power than an Athlon X2 from 2005.  Its a first gen tablet CPU, A GPU will not make it any faster in games.

Dig around E-Bay.  You can get an i5-2400 like CPU (E3 1220), MB, and 8GB of ram for less than $100.

That CPU will bottleneck a GT 710, I speak from experience.  Any GPU over ~$35 is a waste.
