More than likely you should buy an R5 1600 at least to save some cash and still be fine for gaming.

Better yet save your money and buy an R5 2400G system and game on the APU just fine at 1080p so long as you've got some fast memory.

What's the whole parts list?

I use the Hyper 212X with the i7 8700 and it is by all means sufficient and silent.

I would change motherboard to this one instead:

https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/product/Vys8TW/asrock-z370m-pro4-micro-atx-lga1151-motherboard-z370m-pro4

It is of better quality and it is Micro-ATX which allows you to get one of these cases:

https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/product/CdndnQ/cooler-master-masterbox-lite-31-tg-microatx-mid-tower-case-mcw-l3s3-kgnn-00

https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/product/bwgPxr/cooler-master-mastercase-pro-3-microatx-mini-tower-case-mcy-c3p1-kwnn

Which I know from experience to be worth the price.

Watt's your budget for a case currently? (In your currency)

I think it would technically be able to handle it, but there are nicer options like the Cryorig H7 (though, thy both cool about the same)

nice looking case and a cooling solution for your 8700k all in one place!!

On a serious note though there are lots of good cases out there, but you will definitely want to get away from entry level air coolers.

Ouch that case is $389 in NZ... the exchange rate is bad >.<

I got that brand new i7 8700 + Z370 gaming plus from a friend in China, so it is relatively cheap, it cost me around 600NZD, which is like 435USD.

so i saved some cash to get a AOC agon 241qx monitor( 24" TN 144HZ and 1440P), i bought it in NZ with 500NZD.

I was about to get a R5 1600, but i read many comments from everywhere, and they just told me about OC stuffs, so i am not quite sure if i can handle that, besides it only costs me 170nzd(120usd) more to get a i7 8700, so why not?

On that website, it says "this item does not ship to NZ", and i already got the hyper 212X, otherwise maybe i will consider it, that water cooling looks really fancy : )

The 8700 is MUCH better than the 1600 or 1600x. So a good choice. Much higher IPC and clocks.

On a separate note I am sick and tired of all of these people suggesting the 2200g and 2400g in every thread. I feel like they watch a video and now think it is the end all be all and want to ride around on the bandwagon for it. It is NOT that great for 1080p. Sure it can run low and medium in games just fine, but that is about it. It is also limited to 2gb of ram and it uses SYSTEM ram not the much faster vram on most cards. Even then the performance on it is only on par with an entry level card like the 1030. You can get a used card for $50 that will vastly out perform it.

I really should join this community earlier, and then i could just get things from your list without thinking,  but now i cant really make the change, because they are on the way

Glad that i dont know anything about 2200g and 2400g : ), otherwise maybe i would get distracted by this. In the first place, the only CPU i knew was I5 8400, and then i googled a lot, so i got to know there is another one called Rython 5 1600, it literally took me lots of time struggling between these two, and then i saw1600X 1700 i7 8700, i7 8700K......what a period > <

Just watched the video, interesting fact that SilverStone Redline RL06 and Fractal Design Meshify C, these two cases' prices are similar in USD (75-80usd), but RL06 costs 110 in NZD, and Fractal C costs 190 nzd... on my lunar god T_T

All right, guys! After loads of vedios, googleing and pricespy(a website in NZ shows you the lowest price, ranks, user rating)

These are my current considerations:

Fractal design Meshify C (190NZD)    f*** it, just cut my coffees for 2 weeks > <

Fractal design define C    (160NZD)    maybe one week?  : )

NZXT source S340   (154NZD)111usd

Corsair carbide Clear 400C    (149NZD)

SilverStone Redline RL06     (110NZD)80usd

The thing here is that i can afford the expensive one, because i dont really need to pay at once, but i just not sure if it is really worth it.

4 nzd for one cup of coffee by the way : )

I'm a big fan of the 303, although I haven't built in one. The bottom looks to have great airflow(which is a valid concern). Here's my favorite version of the 303 in case you haven't seen this one yet:

Good luck on your build!

It looks awesome! I like that pattern, but unfortunately it is not available in NZ and also people say the airflow is not so good compared to others (not sure). Thanks for sharing anyway :)

I understand the concerns about the airflow, as I didn't get it either at first, and was really turned off at first, but the bottom is where a lot of the airflow comes from. I certainly wouldn't consider it to have great airflow, but I would absolutely love to build on one.
