Wich fans are better opinion?

Hello people, i wondering between thoose 2 fan models of noctua to put in my h100i gtx and on gpu with h75.  NF-F12 iPPC 2000 PWM  vs  NF-F12 iPPC 3000 PWM, my question is if they will spin on example 1500rpm(2000 and 3000rpm ones) they sound the same like noctua nf f12 1500rpm older one? so all three will have same sound levels on same rpms or no?

Get the 2000rpm model. You will never find the need to even go to 2000rpm. I have them on my Kraken X62 and they get loud around 1000rpm and perform just fine on my 7700K.

Main PC CPU: 7700K, MOBO: Asus Strix, GPU: Aorus Extreme 3080, PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB Storage: 970 Evo 1tb

They will sound the same but the nf12 isn't hitting 1500 rpms.

You also loose the minimum you can turn down the fans the higher you go. 3000rpm is 45% which is 1400 which is too much for me when the system is at idle. 40% on the 2000 rpm version, so 800ish which is quite fine.

The 2000RPM models will go down to a LOWER RPM range than the 3000. So if you are after silence at minimum speeds, then go for 2000, go for the 3000 if you don't care about noise louder than a jet engine :P
