Trying to run PUBG on old hardware

Anyways, I've got some hardware laying around that I want to throw together so I can build a system for a unfortunate kid (home problems) who's staying with me and my family.

Before I either 1. buy some better hardware, or 2. build with what I've got I wanted to know if you guys think I could get PUBG to run on the following hardware at a decent enough frame rate.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600

GPU: Nvidia GT 750 2GB

RAM: 2x2GB DDR2 667Mhz

And if these specs can't run it, what's the minimum specs you guys think I could get away with.

Thanks for any help you guys can give! I really want to be able to play some PUBG with him, as well as introduce him to the PCMR.

Pubg is quite a demanding game from what I know. Personally I wouldn't run it on anything lower then an i3. It may run ok on the c2q if you can OC it but it is a cpu eater. Good luck  The 750 should be good enough btw.

maybe at 720p, and you wouldn't be getting 60fps at all. at the minimum, I would get an i5 (used or new, anything past an i5 2400 will do the trick), 8 gb of ram (dual channel) and a gtx 1050 at the minimum, if you want to run the game at 1080p 60 fps with all the settings turned down. I would just use the old system for a lan rig or maybe even a streaming pc if you want to stream in the future, or be nice an give it to a friend.

Pubg runs at my friends gtx 1080 and i7 7700k at 30 fps. It is too broken of a game to say for sure.

Its not demanding. Its unoptimized piece of shit software.

I don't think you'll have much of a nice experience on the game using these specs.
