Random shots throughout LTT videos

Who plans the shots that are added into the LTT videos? They ALWAYS fit into context but at the same time are so far out of the spectrum of normal. The little things are what makes the videos so entertaining.

 

For context, this is what made me think about this question..

Not LTT, but I lifted this off an Austin Evans video(you can have my internet to thank for that, I wouldn't have gotten it if the video hadn't paused to buffer).

If you mean general filler footage, thats writer+Linus. The end result would be those two plus editor.
