What motherboard to choose.

Go to solution Solved by Princess Luna,

I'd just get the cheapest micro atx Asus h110m chipset board because the locked i7 6700 needs nothing fancy and this way you get to save a buck while retaining performance.

Hello all of you. I am wondering what motherboard to buy. My components to the computer (I haven't buyed them yet) is the following:

Asus Dual GeForce GTX 1070 OC grafikkort (8 GB)

Intel Core i7 6700

Samsung 850 Evo MZ-75E500B 500GB

Seagate FireCuda 2,5" 2TB

Windows 10 (Not a component, I know)

If you have any thoughts on what I have choosen let me know.So I am not just wondering about the motherboard, but primarly that.

I have thought about changing the cpu and have decided to do that. So instead of using my Intel Core i7 6700 I am going to be using a Intel Core i7 7700k.

And I would like to know if the Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming is a good choise for me?

any 170-series MB will work just fine. Since it's a non-overclockable SKU for the processor, an H170 will be affordable and work great.
