Best twitter client for macOS.

I have been using the official one for a long time. However now it still does not support 280 characters. 

I am a avid twitter user, and this is getting more and more annoying.

 

What is the best twitter client out there for macOS? (as well as iOS? maybe I can pair them)

 

I only knew tweetBot. Are they still good? 

Tried tweetDeck the other day, that app has clearly been neglecting for years. Quite buggy and laggy to be honest. 

 

What twitter app do you guys use? 

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

Also, I think everyone just uses the website now on the Mac.

I have heard that tweetbot is good, although I refuse to pay for something that can be done by just using the website.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
