Well in that case the idea of chemical element isn't really relevant... as soon as you start working with the nucleus, chemistry is no longer involved. Fusion does require hydrogen atoms, but you can't really say helium is "composed of" two hydrogen atoms. By that logic I could pick protons and say we're all mostly made out of those, or go even deeper, but this wouldn't answer the original question.

I was referring to the number of atoms in our bodies, if we are going by weight, then @Sauron's image is correct.

Carbon is also responsible for the color of fire.
