Well, not familiar with that program, but try a wildcard search for exe files within the folder.

Look for a .exe file. In File Explorer under "file type" it's labelled as "Application"

thats what i have been doing, is there a way to search for those files specifically?

If you go to the searchbar while inside the file, and just type in .exe you should come up with something.

Quote or tag me( @Crunchy Dragon) if you want me to see your reply

The install instructions doesn't ask for you to extract the ZIP. You just upload the ZIP file to your wordpress site and the plugin is installed, you don't actually run any program from the PC

I have read it. You say you've extracted all the files, which it doesn't ask you to do, and that you can't launch it, which it also doesn't ask you to do?

As far as I can see, the install process seems fairly simple and straightforward. Seems like everything in regards to the plugin that you're installing is managed from your wordpress admin panel.

Well done, only took me telling you twice that you'd quoted the wrong person. The first post of mine was linking him TO the installation procedure.
