GTX 1050 problem

Can't install drivers and PC can't recognize my GPU. Mobo: Asus P8H61-M LX3 R2.0

Have you tried downloading the drivers and manually pointing the windows driver installer to that driver path to try and get it installed that way?

Download the drivers from Nvidia and right click it, go to properties then go to compatibility, after then set the compatibility mode to Windows 7 and hopefully it will install

  2. klick on DRIVERS -> GEFORCE DRIVERS
  3. select your GPU and OS from the drop-down menus, then click "start search"
  4. select the latest "game ready driver" from the results
  5. click "agree & download" 
  6. open your downloads folder, look for a file named 390.65-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql.exe or something like that
  7. double click on it to start the installation
  8. restart your PC after the installation has finished, for good measure
  9. if that does not help, report back

have you tried compatibility mode ?
