I am having problems with my new rig

So I finished setting up this new computer on boxing day. I installed windows 10 and all the drivers. However, today my pc restarted by its self. When I came back in, all my fonts were pixelated, and my wifi connection became extremely weak. I could barely go on websites without having to disconnect and reconnect to the network each time. My drivers are fully up to date and I have also tried things such as in the ipconfig typing the netsh commands. I have a TP-Link wifi card and a gt 1030. I would appreciate any solutions other than reset my PC. I have also tried resetting my network settings.

I had no windows update and the drivers that i installed when i first loaded my pc were already up to date.
