Budget Gaming Build 2018 Help!

Budget & Location

I am located in Australia and I plan to build a gaming PC for $2000 AUD around mid-year 2018.

The $2000 AUD does include the cost of Windows 10 and Shipping. I plan to purchase my parts from https://www.pccasegear.com.au . The cost of shipping is around $100.

Parts

These are the parts I am planning to use, https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/9W9WM8

CPU - Intel i5 8400 $279 AUD

Motherboard - MSI Z370 Gaming Plus - $229 AUD

GPU - MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB - $449 AUD

RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2400MHz 16GB 2x8GB - $269 AUD

HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" - $89 AUD

SSD - Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 250GB SSD - $175 AUD

Case - Phanteks Eclipse P300 Tempered Glass - $79 AUD

PSU - Corsair TX550M 550W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply - $119 AUD

Total - $1668 AUD (excluding shipping)
Total (including shipping) $1809 AUD

Aim

I plan for this to be a Gaming PC which can run all AAA games on High / Ultra graphics with no problems. I plan for this PC to last me around 3 years without upgrading. I also plan to put Windows, Steam and drivers on my SSD. As I am playing games I will copy them off and onto my SSD. The 2TB Seagate HDD is more of a storage drive for my Steam Games I am not playing.

Monitors

I am currently running a BenQ Zowie 24" RL2455HM Gaming Monitor at 1920x1080. I plan to get a second one in the future (around 2 years).

I am posting this to find out if this is a decent build and if I could get something better for my money. Thanks :)

Seth

Yep. This isn't my finalised build. I do plan to change it up as new products come out. I do plan to have it finalised in late March.

I would rather invest the $30 more for a NVMe M.2 SSD that reads and writes around 6x the amount of the ones you are suggesting. This isn't an extreme budget build. Although your feedback is appreciated :)
