Help getting HTPC VR Ready

I am looking to upgrade my HTPC to get it VR ready. With the price of the VIVE my budget is rather tight. I dont want to get the cheapest hardware, but I also don't want to spend more than I have to get a better than average VR experience. Here is my current HTPC build. I would like to keep as many of the current components as possible to save $$. Any help would be appreciated. Specifically CPU/GPU.
