I'd probably do that. $90 really is what a 7500 level CPU is worth and it's still pretty rare to see them that low.

So just looking on how I did.

Gigabyte Z270-HD3

Intel i5 7500

Kingston Fury 2x8(16gb)

Toshiba P300 1tb

EVGA 650GQ

Corsair Spec-01

MSI gtx 1050ti

What do yall think? Haven't grabbed RAM, CPU or GPU yet.

You might want to throw an SSD into this system as a boot drive. You will thank yourself for doing so.

I was thinking about it, this build happens to be for my brother who's budget is rather stiff. I tried getting some decent equip and tried to save him some money, also Could give him a 6600k that i have lying around.

A 6600K will perform better than a 7500 in most workloads.

SSDs are a relatively inexpensive and one of the most important components of a modern build. You can grab a Crucial BX300 or PNY CS1311 for about $50.

Was at Microcenter today and was thinking about adding it. I definitely could not have a build for myself without an SSD and i'd rather not do that to him haha

Too high. You can pick them up used pretty often for about $120. There's little to no difference buying new vs used with something this new.
