How to utilize xbox one to PC streaming

I was wondering how to stream my Xbox one without massive FPS drops and tons of stuttering. I have been running the streaming on a crappy laptop so does the GPU or CPU of the PC matter? If I used a more high end computer would the stream become more fluid?

probably. The CPU matters the most in this instant.
