I'm looking to build a brand new gaming PC with a budget of 1500 Australian dollars as I am currently on a laptop and it's horrible.  I don't mind spending a hundred or so dollars on the PC if needed.  The system's main use will be for gaming, and I'm aiming for the PC to run more competitive games like CS:GO, Overwatch etc. at a solid 144fps to match a 144hz monitor that I plan on getting.  I'd also like the PC to be able to play more recent games at the said frame rate or even just above 60 if possible, as my friends are constantly playing games like PUBG which aren't able to run on my current laptop.  I plan on getting a 144hz monitor with a resolution of 1080p or above, maybe even with G-sync, but I may get another one just to do things while I'm in a game, as alt-tabbing is a pain.  Though the second monitor will just be a normal 1080p monitor.  Also as a side note, don't bother adding the monitor to the budget for the PC, as I'll purchase it separately, but do feel free to recommend any good and relatively low-cost ones.  As for peripherals, I've got mostly everything except the monitor and OS (Windows 10).  I'm upgrading from a garbage HP laptop, which I think is pretty self-explanatory when it comes to why I'm upgrading.  Thanks to everyone who took their time to read this or help me out with the build!

Thank you so much for the help!  Sorry to be a bother, but do you have an idea of what games it mightn't be able to run?  Thanks again, really appreciate it.

most games will run at ultra 1080p, the 1070 performs very well.

Sorry, but I forgot to ask about a build I was given from my local computer store.  Is it better than the one you provided me with, or is it worse?  Thanks again for the help.

Photo of the build I was given: https://imgur.com/iogV8Xi

(I'm not sure if a case was included in the build).
