Temperatures are high or no pump noise

If you seen people swap out the liquid on the h100, they modded it to get it back together. Not worth the time and effort.

Youll know when the pump is dead with temps never go down or the signal is lost.

Don' change the fluid, it' meant to be a closed unit. However, to answer your question it' usually a mix between ethylene glycol and propylene glycol to combat the effects of a mixed metal system.
