I think I may have damaged my processor

Ive been collecting computer parts over the last couple of days for my first build and I have them all sitting on my desk however some one piled all of my components on top of eachother when I wasn't there and I found the power supply(In box) on top of my processor without the box, just in an anti static bag with the cpu faced down I'm very worried about it, should I be? (It's an Intel cpu with no pins on the bottom)

as long as it hasn't gained size to the sides and still fits into the socket, all is good.

LGA CPUs can take a beating and survive. It's probably fine.

It should be fine! Just check for any damage to the CPU (chips, scratches, etc). If your not sure, just test to see if it works. Power supplies are generally not that heavy (I mean, they do weigh a bit , but not much), so any physical damage to the CPU shouldnt be noticable physically nor affect it in general.

You could just about throw an intel cpu at something and it would be fine. As long as the pads are still there and there's no noticeable scratches or nicks - nothing to worry about

a PSU isnt heavy enough to crush a CPU as long as it's lying flat on a flat surface.

You’re fine. I carried a Xeon in my pocket and tossed it around. Works fine to this day.

Likely just fine, as long as it wasn't sitting on something jagged and hard like rocks.
