Amazon.uk Second hand - Does it deliver to other countries?

So i wanna buy something of off amazon.co.uk and when I enter on the product page it tell me that it does not ship to my country,so I press on "1 used for..." and I add that to my cart.When I check out it lets me pay for it and all that so it makes me wonder,what's gonna happen if I order it? is it gonna deliver it to me,or?..
