Help buying and arduino clone

Hi noob electronics guy just starting out
Do you have any link for a arduino compatible clone that has a dip atmega328 and to clarify the pinout should not be messed up, it has to have free or low price international shipping

Thanks can I get it on eBay cause international shipping is cheap there Edit: IT would have been Nice but it has expansive shipping on eBay
