Pubg working like crap?

I have the monitor asus pg348q 16gb ram and evga sc2 1080 TI. Pubg running like crap even if the person is just infront me i cant kill him. I feel the game is not smooth and all other people have an advantage at me. Im using cat 6 ethernet cable. I dont know what to do

what's your ping? make sure you're playing on the servers closest to your physical location

PUGB will run terribly on any system

Reinstalling windows is the quickest way to fix software issues

You're f#cked, dude. I can play Battlefield 1 at 100Hz or more, but PUBG gets like 30Hz on a good day with a good connection and 70Hz on a good day with a bad connection.

PUBG is freaking shit. Such a good game but developers are lazy and slow. Took them forever to get it running higher than 10fps and its still terribly optimized, and it took them 2 freaking months to add vaulting over object which hasnt even been released so it could take more. It will lag on any system.

Pinging the game server directly is much more beneficial here. Speedtest ping (probably) won't tell him a lot.

Of course it is worth considering ping and PC performance and I don't know what your FPS experience is like but what you have to remember is many of the people playing PUBG are former CSGO players therefore experienced at the FPS games, perhaps it's worth considering the idea that you're just getting rekt

well i am supreme in csgo  and i have more than 2000 hours  so relax Sherlock

I'm just trying to open your mind to the possibility that some of these kids are pretty good, got some real gamers out there. Worth keeping in mind the shooting does not feel as good as CSGO ofc. Also there is a matchmaking system in place that matches good players with good players so maybe you're just playing with other good fpsers. I'm not saying that there is not the possiblity that it is your equipment that it as fault i'm just saying maybe consider the possibility that one needs to get gud kid

Story of my life sometimes i have the best guns and loot like silencers and millions of other stuff and id be takiny a good position and while im shooting everything gets upside down and the game getss laggy and shit.

Welcome to the world of unoptimized gaming. . . old topic really - PUBG just has issues regardless. Even the most powerful gaming system is not going to run it flawlessly, especially at 3440x1440 resolutions. I'm running it on a 4790k at 4.9ghz with 24gb ram and SLI 1070's overclocked at the same resolution with custom settings, and getting around 50-110 frames per second depending on where I am and whats going on. Honestly, it runs pretty solid 100 fps on my laptop at 1920x1080 with a 1070 overclocked and 7700hq.

1.) pubg is crap

-wait for pubg to actually(maybe probably never) be released and hope they optimize it before then

2.) you suck at the game
