Touch screen laptop for design and productivity

I need a new laptop as my old one is getting unusable day by day.

I have been considering the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 -  http://www.dell.com/in/p/xps-13-9360-laptop/pd?oc=a540033sin8&model_id=xps-13-9360-laptop

(i couldn't find the link to the 2-in-1 model of the Dell XPS 13 I know it exists though)

If there is something else you would like to recommend please let me know. I want to have a high res display with a touchscreen, 13" display the laptop should be thin and light. I will not be gaming on it except for an occasional game of LoL or Starcraft or similar titles.

 

Also if you guys recommend the Dell XPS let me know a pen/stylus that will work well with it.

If you want to use a stylus then maybe the surface book is a better choice?

The XPS is really good though.

surface book is not available in India. and the new surface pro laptop/tablet thing has not yet been put on sale. it says coming soon since the last 2 months. I had been waiting to buy the surface pro.
