How to merge two MKV files in Mkvtoolnix with chapters?

Hi,

 

Just struggling to find any tutorials regarding Mkvtoolnix and merging MKV files. I want to be able to merge a 2 disc/part movie for Plex due to it fails to load the new chapters in part 2 MKV.

 

Any help or guide on this would be great.

So the append file is " part 2 " and then I click " start multiplexing " ?
