weird problem with my monitor

I have this strange problem with my monitor when i turn on my pc. Any suggestions what is causing my monitor to flicker(on/off) for a bit when i start my pc. After it goes to the windows is fine

 

My specs on my pc:

monitor Asus PG278QR

i7 5820k oc to 4.4 ghz

16 gb ram

superflower platinum 12000w power supply

zotac amp extreme 1080 ti
