I use MSI Afterburner. It shows stuff like frame rate, CPU usage per core, GPU usage, voltages, etc. All on an ingame overlay.

afterburner can do all those by itself...

You can use afterburner with it's OSD when playing games, I use NZXT's Cam software (has an OSD as well) which I find is a good program to monitor all the components plus I have a Kraken aio.

CPU-Z and HWmonitor for desktop monitoring. Also MSI afterburner for monitoring when playing games.

 

Also you can use windows 10 task manger.

Afterburner doesnt show CPU clock speed, voltage and power usage

HWiNFO64 can show all those by itself. It's most advanced monitoring software out there.
