asus mx239h overclock hz refresh rate

Hello. This will be a stupid question but what can you do... Basically, I tried to overclock my monitor hz refresh rate from 60 to 75 and it didn't work, then I switched to 74 and it works but here comes that stupid question... Is it bad if it's not 75 but 74 ^^ because such refresh rate doesn't exist as stock on anything.
