Testbench failing

My Case and RAM arrive wednesday and I need to testbench my build today due to a retailer's policy.

 

I've put the GPU, CPU, PSU , AIO, M.2 SSD, motherboard and powersupply together, all connected properly and I only get certain signs of life.

 

Signs it's fine:

Motherboard lights up

GPU has two white LED's lit up where the power connections are

 

Sign's it's not fine:

GPU has no LEDs on apart from those two. Fans don't spin.

Pump doesn't turn on, connected fans don't turn on, lighting for pump doesn't turn on

No fans, reguardless of where they are connected turn on.

 

 

Thoughts??

 

Main Rig

CPU: Ryzen 2700X 
Cooler: Corsair H150i PRO RGB 360mm Liquid Cooler
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair VII Hero
RAM: 16GB (2x8) Trident Z RGB 3200MHZ
SSD: Samsung 960 EVO NVME SSD 1TB, Intel 1TB NVME

Graphics Card: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080Ti OC

Case: Phanteks Evolv X
Power Supply: Corsair HX1000i Platinum-Rated

Radiator Fans: 3x Corsair ML120
Case Fans: 4x be quiet! Silent Wings 3

Are these LED's marked? I think some GPU's have led's above the GPU if I recall from a video from Jayz2cents or someone who mentioned something about them

Sounds like I'd recheck your pin connections. Something may be switched around. What motherboard, power supply, and graphics card do you have?

I don't think the PC will turn on without any RAM.

I was mainly stating in case they don't know what a q code is. But it should display some sort of number no matter what to my knowledge.
