well, it's time for a part 2!

so, what do you put in a regular cup of warm black coffee? how many half and half's? sugars?

And how much do you drink of it?

Personally, I love a 16 Oz. cup of Joe with half a spoonful of garlic. you heard me right. garlic. no cream or sugar, just garlic

Speaking of which, If garlic in my coffee weird? I'd like to hear below.

Never heard of garlic in coffee, that is a little unusual, and to be frank I have some mental health issues, and the last thin (I believe) I need, is more caffeine. It makes me anxious, and I get addicted to coffee very quickly.

I've decided to switch to drinking green tea for a caffeine alternative. It has health benefits, and it also helps me focus a bit better for maybe 15-20 minutes or so. And I don't notice a crash from it

green tea is a great alternative, however i'll drink decaf a lot of the time because the caffeine does not effect me anyway.

I could probably enjoy a nice cup of decaf now that I think about it. However, whenever I did drink coffee, I took it black, no cream, no sugar.

I love me some Folgers instant coffee, with some hazelnut creamer and a couple tea spoons of sugar. I cannot drink it black. In fact, I cannot drink strong coffee period! My guts will not tolerate any type of strong drink. I have to shop in the baby section for my coffee and drinks. :)

Folgers instant coffee for the win!
