Nvidia Shield TV and RIP RAZER

So, the ouya failed and so did the razer forge TV(I think becuase no one is selling it on amazon.) But, what do these 2 have in common? RAZER owns them. But also, they are both android set top box thingys. So then, why did the nvidia shield TV get all the good stuff?

wait.. so the nvidia shield tv didnt fail? i've yet to see a place sell them over here..
