Im awfully stuck between Phanteks Eclipse P400 TG, S340 ELITE AND COOLER MASTER MASTERBOX PRO 5 RGB. Welp me pls!

I second the guy above, from my experience in building stuff for friends the S340 Elite (for me) works the best, but in the end it is all up to you.

P400 if you're looking to watercool, S340 if you're not. Masterbox pro 5 if its more the style/modularity you're interested in.

Adressing the concern of your title, there is no "best" case. It depends on what you want, what your needs are, and how much you're willing to spend to get it. Inwin 303 is also a sexy case IMO, and fairly cheap (although it comes with no case fans). Fractal Define S, Meshify, Define C are all good choices as well. There are also a plethora of other choices out there depending on your needs.

S340 Elite as mentioned before. I have the Corsair 400c which is the same price but the cable management is horrid. There's next to no room in the back.

Fractal Design Meshify C or Phanteks Enthoo Pro M TG would be the two to choose from for the best cases under $99, P400 and S340 are very good, just not the best due to airflow
