What graphics card is this?

Go to solution Solved by minibois,

Could you take a better picture of the labels on the back of the card, right side of the videocard on the first picture.

Or Google what is said on that white label and you should be able to find it.

I'm just gonna go guess it's a Palit... GTX 250?! :D

EDIT: I might have been quite close.. This is a GTS 250 (not GTX) from palit:

Do you see that sticker with the bar code and the  numbers?  The one you didn't take a close, tight up photo of to allow it to be read?  Here's a shocking, radical idea of mine, that I'm sure most will think is madness: Maybe you should take a close up photo of that.

That should help you get an idea of what it is at least. You have to install the card into the machine first though.

the sticker already said GTS 250 512MB DDR3 which under it is the part number. I already guessed it to be a 200 series GPU before hand as i recognise the design as i have a GTX 285 2GB palit myself.

i dont know why you wouldnt want to use it, its basically a free GPU to use as a basic GPU for display or extra displays

The surprising bit is the 2x6pin for the GTS 250 which is rated for 150W which i guess allows you to supply more power.
