High cpu temp after swapping to a new case

I bought a new case and swapped everything over and cleaned my corsair h80i radiator but after that my cpu temps are really high.

idle 30 Celsius

50% 71 Celsius

100% load 100 Celsius

probably bad mounting on the CPU then or bad thermal paste application. Double check it.

Is the radiator physically hot? If it is, then you have poor case airflow. If the radiator is cold, then one of several things could happen:

1. Bad waterblock application (like no thermal paste or it isn't clamped down)

2. The pump is sucking air and needs to get the air out, usually can be done by carefully rotating the entire machine with the pump running

3. The pump isn't plugged in, or is faulty.

im running prime95 now for like 2 minutes and the air from the radiator is not hot at all

Probably a dead pump.
