Budget PC for friend.

quiffghtyu

A friend is wanting to get into PC gaming and is on a tight budget. £400 is the maximum.

Here is a build I have put together: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/YJ4yhq

Obviously I will be looking for those parts second hand, and it looks like doing that will save about £50-£60. Is this a decent build, is there anything that could be changed of improved on?

Thanks :)

I will be going second hand either way, this build looks easier on the budget though.

See if you can find a quad core. Even unlocked intel from the last 3 generation is good. What is the system for? Gaming, productivity or just light usage?

I'd go RX 560 4GB instead. The performance is more or less the same as the 1050Ti's but Freesync monitors are a lot cheaper and with the performance of this build, having Freesync at lower FPS makes gameplay a lot smoother

I can confirm CeX are good, my i7 4790 is from there and has a 24 month warranty so there's no problem if it were to go wrong
