Is a hot pixel noticeable?

Hey guys, I've been looking to get a 1080p/144hz freesync display lately. So far roughly the cheapest I can find is about 220, though I've been able to find one for 150 with a single hot pixel (always white). I would like to ask from your experiences if it's very noticeable? Thanks in advance!

Kinda depends on where it is.

It's a small picture that, to the point I can't see the text easily. But as its more on the side of the screen than the centre, it's probably not something you will notice too often.
