halp my keyboard isnt working properly

i just got this keyboard out of the box and the keys a,Q,1,z doesnt work 

its a cm devastator 2

Send it back to the retailer so that they can fix it, or just go to your local pc repair shop with the keyboard and ask them to fix it.

 return merchandise authorization, sounds just like a DOA (Dead on Arrival) keyboard.
