Stuttery skippy Audio

When i launch star citizen on my pc (3090FE, 5950X, 32GB RAM) the audio is fine in the main menu. but when i get into the game proper, the audio immediately goes to skipping and stuttering non stop. I've verified the files, deleted and reinstalled the game, graphic drivers are up to date, updated everything i could, even added new thermal paste to CPU. The problem still persist. the major issue is that that the problem them spreads to everything else. all computer audio skips until i close the game. is there a fix for this?

Trying updating your audio drivers and if you are using Windows security. Within Windows security set it to exclude the game. So that the game can bypass Windows security. If you are using other security software the same can also be done. Things like Windows security scans everything that is loaded in RAM. That can cause sound issues. But this might be an issue with the drivers themselves. In the recent past I had some issues with Windows update providing drivers. So try getting the drivers directly from the hardware manufactures website. So try the drivers first and reboot. If it persists then exclude the game from your security software.
