In macOS, you can change .bashrc/.bash_profile to customize your terminal. How do I apply changes to .macos file?

I know that after you changed something in .bashrc file, you need to go to the terminal and type in source .bashrc, then it will reload the new lines in your file.

 

I tried the same thing with .macos file, it does not work. 

 

How do I apply the new changes I made into .macos file? 

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.
