What CPU cooler should i get that has the same installation as the original stock AMD heatsink?

but if you can find me something better that doesn't involve me doing alot of work and using the same FM2+ brackets under $40 would be great.

For the money, I rather get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. It's quite literally the go to cooler as it's cheap and has good overall performance.

It doesn't. But you could get H7 or M9a from Cryorig. Both will be better than Wraith in performance.
