What do I need to make Tournament?

Hi guys,

I searched on internet about how to make a tournament in CS GO and I found some reddit posts  but I want to know about PC specs and servers and that is what I wanted to ask here!

So I need to connect 10 or 11 PC's with good connection (all need to have low ping). I also want to know do I need some better server or I can host with my PC specs down! It is going to be small tournament just for fun. Where do I need to connect or how do I connect all these PC's I think that I would need to connect it with cat 5 or 5e but I need to have cat 5e or 6 connectors which is expensive. Do I need to connect it on hub or I'm not good with servers and network.

Guys thanks and if u could write me all I need!

connect it all to a 15 port switch, what are your specs? a decent I5 or I7 should do you just fine to host the server

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

you should be fine at 128 tick but make sure to test before you do it for real

a switch will connect everything connected to it to everything else connected to it. just conect everything to the router, CAT 5e isnt really any more expensive then CAT 5 so i would go for it just to be sure but there wont be super much data going through the system
