Looking for SSD

Hey, guys.

 

I am currently looking for a good 250GB SSD under $120 that will be compatible with an ASUS Prime B350 Plus MOBO.

 

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Caviar blue 1TB is cheapest generally. Then seagate barracuda 1tb.

Seagate Barracuda is usually cheaper in US.

Both are what I what consider "the best" but not "the best of the best" which are crazy expensive and overpriced and not worth it.

Best of the best is stuff like WD Red 6TB, etc. It just isn't worth buying those unless you're a small business or something. If you want fast speeds, an SSD is wha you need. SSHDDs are bull.

For a hard drive last time I went to Microcenter they had a Seagate 1TB for $30. This is of course only useful if you live near a microcenter.

the WD blues are almost never the cheapest 1TB drives, the seagate barracudas and toshiba drives are the cheaper ones.

At least, those are prices down under  I don't have any reason to research american prices or prices anywhere else.

Western Digital drives are pretty well priced, in my opinion. On Amazon, you can get a brand new WD Blue 1TB for $45-$50 or you can get a 2TB drive for $67. I'd say go for the 2TB drive at that price.
