Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?

change the cpu and remove the monitor, it's not that bad

The CPU bottlenecks like a motherfucker, but i do agree that is it. And two 1080 TIs in SLI can most likely push 8K if you are that nuts
