Motherboard audio Impedance - ASRock X370 Gaming-ITX/ac

Does anyone know what kind of output impedance the ASRock X370 Gaming-ITX/ac has? I'm looking to upgrade to a pair of Fostex T50RP MK3's in the near future, and I want to know if I need a separate AMP/DAC to really get the full experience.

The motherboard does not have impedance, the impedance is the electrical resistance to AC currrent therefore only the headset have that propierty. Maybe you wanted to ask what output current does the motherboard have. I don't know what impedance does those headphones have, but I have a pair of Razer Elecras with 32 Ohms impedance and my laptop or even my phone is enough to drive them, so a high end motherboard like an ASRock x370 is going to do a pretty good job no matter the headphones.

X370 offers (from what I've heard) better OC stuff and is generally seen higher quality.

Ok but they really don't seem to hit higher OCs on it and of course it's going to receive jogger end stuff because it's the high end platform
