Can I reuse this?

This image is the information for a monitor I have. The screen was completely destroyed but the inner parts are fine. Is there a way I can reuse these parts such as building a new monitor or taking the screen from a different monitor and using the guts from this one to upgrade it?

If you can wire it , it's usually possible to buy a panel on ebay for that specific model . 

Whether or not it's worth it is up to you though. Also , make sure the internal components weren't damaged ( power circuitry notable) . Also , pay attention to how the video outputs are placed on that model .

 

Sometimes everything is wired in such a way that  you can't actually resolder the i/O
