I'm upgrading my pc, I would like to play overwatch at 160+ fps on low settings whilst streaming it to twitch. Is there any improvements you would make.

Seems good to me, just use an AsRock or ASUS board, because MSI boards for Ryzen have a lot of issues

BIOS not handling overclocks as intended. I think it's fixed since it's been so long, but it's still better to pick brands that don't have this problem before: less chance for them to screw up in the future.

All sorts of issues, they fail to post, they take too long to post, they have issues with memory compatibility etc.

Just this yesterday, as you can see people complaining about MSi boards, mainly the Tomahawk are full of issues, it is not worth the small savings you get, I strongly suggest going Asus as mentioned above.
