I'm looking for a case with the MB tray on the left and the window on the right.  Preferably tempered glass window.  And has to support a mATX motherboard with two 1080ti GPU's.  I plan on doing a custom water cooling setup, room for two separate loops would be great!  Any ideas?  I'm probably asking too much.

There are cases where you can swap the orientation...I just can't recall what any of them are.

I'm guessing you wan a vertical case? Not one where the motherboard sits horizontally?

From what I could tell after scouring mATX cases on Newegg and PC Part Picker, there isn't anything that matches all of your requirements.

 

And I think there's only a handful of cases that match the orientation you're looking for.

One of LTT's most recent videos advertised a case where you can swap the orientation of the motherboard and it has Tempered Glass I jsut don't remember what the cased is called. It's made by bequiet

the be quiet! dark base 900 pro has a reversible motherboard tray, which is pretty neato

the Corsair 600c has a window on the left, but with an inverted motherboard tray

So something like the be quiet Dark Base Pro you are looking for??
There are also others with 'inverse ATX'...

 

Last time my Local Aldi had a computer, they had one of those, though µATX...

Okay...I've been looking at the Dark Base 900 for a bit now.  And thank you for the suggestion.  That is almost exactly what I am looking for. Anything like this a little less of a fingerprint magnet?  I think I'd end up spending more time cleaning that case than actually playing games.  I know the glass is always going to need some TLC but that aluminum is a greasy fingerprint mess.
