i shouldnt have to turn settings down though :( not that much anyway.

 

not sure average, sometimes its fine sometimes it can be like 20

Your VRam isnt enough for max settings.

at the settings im at my vram is not maxed. im not at maxed settings. pretty high though. nothing is maxed. cpu usage like 60% ram like 80% gpu usage like 35% and vram is at 2800mb in gpu-z

ah okay. Ive actually just watched a video online about changing some settings in the manage 3d settings section. here are the screenshots. Im going to go and see if my fps has changed after changing these settings. thanks again

Run the benchmark test and see what’s your average FPS.

 

I have a GTX 1060 as well (albeit on a laptop and with 6GB of VRAM instead of 3GB) and my average tends to be around 50 and max is about 80 in open, less-dense areas.

 

I know the 1060 shouldn’t be dropping to the 20s with settings this low.
